Evian | F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix

2025 was a special year. Not only was the Club Hydration bar re-activated on the Paddock Lounge of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, we also co-created & developed a recycling program across LVGP’s 5 Fan Zones with HUNTER, Olyns, LVGP & evian . 

The recycling program featured custom-built recycling kiosks designed in the same reflective alpine-peaks aesthetic as the Paddock Lounge footprint. Each kiosk integrated reverse vending machines for evian rPET bottles and a gamified user experience: guests deposited a bottle to trigger a Vegas-style digital slot machine revealing one of three prizes - branded carabiner keychains, custom water bottles, or a grand prize of 2026 F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix tickets. A co-branded digital leaderboard tracked recycling volume by Fan Zone, blending high-tech guest engagement with measurable environmental impact. Team AV&Co designed and produced all kiosk graphics and motion content. Brand Ambassadors in custom-branded puffer jackets and jumpsuits guided guests through gameplay, sweepstakes entry, and prize distribution.

In the Paddock Lounge, Club Hydration served alpine herb–infused ice cubes with chilled evian still and sparkling water. Service was delivered by staff in custom-branded puffer jackets and jumpsuits, complemented by fully branded barware - aluminum cups, napkins, and accessories - maintaining a cohesive, immersive brand experience throughout.
